Sam Kizito Otim

Sam Kizito is a Water Management and Irrigation Development Officer based in the Lira district, Uganda. He has a BSc in Water Resources Engineering from the Busitema University, Uganda, and a MSc in Water Policy from the Pan African Institute of Water and Energy Sciences incl Climate Change (PAUWES) in Algeria. He brings in his passion and expertise in sustainable water management and irrigated agriculture. Based in Lira, Sam Kizito supports the INSPIRE programme on promoting sustainable farming systems, water management and coordinating agriculture and water projects within Lango sub-region.
