Ezira Mbalibulha

With a background in agricultural mechanization and irrigation engineering from Busitema University, Ezira is the water management and irrigation officer for Resilience’s INSPIRE project (2024-2029). He is based in the Luuka district of eastern Uganda to promote sustainable and resilient farming systems capable of generating higher yields and incomes for smallholder farmers. Ezira brings his enthusiasm for CSA practices to his role.
