Aucke is an agribusiness consultant with a background in agricultural and development economics. He is currently supporting the team in Ethiopia. His work revolves around feasibility and scoping studies, private sector support and proposal writing related to agricultural projects.

Thijs has a background in hydrology and is active in irrigation development programs and other water-related projects. He is also a part-time PhD-candidate at Wageningen University researching the hydrological impact of land use changes in Gorongosa National Park as part of the SLDP program.

Timon has a background in remote sensing, irrigation, and crop monitoring, which he uses to retrieve meaningful information about irrigation and agriculture. He works on land use/cover mapping, crop monitoring based on satellite images, programming, and ag-tech solutions.
