Adelicia is an agricultural economist, working as an agronomy technician as part of the program to develop sustainable livelihoods for communities in the Gorongosa tampao zone.

Blande Jambo is a driver and takes care of administrative activities at the office in the city of Chimoio.

Timoteo Capece is an agricultural engineer with experience in promoting climate-resilient technologies. He currently works as an agrarian technician in the Sustainable Livelihoods Development program for communities in the Gorongosa National Park Buffer Zone.
