With 25 years of experience in project and programme management, consultancy, and business development, Michiel oversees the overall progress and performance of three major Resilience programmes: INSPIRE, Mangwana, and SLDP. His work focuses on reinforcing and sustaining collaboration with consortium partners, donors and key stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and deliverables, and fostering a strong culture of learning within the programmes and teams — while connecting these insights to new assignments and contracts.
